Tim McGuire has been our salesman over the years. Recently when we were shopping for a car, he became ill so Jodi became our salesperson. We were impressed with her knowledge of the car since she has only been with Fort Dodge Ford since January. She answered every question we had. She explained that dickering was no longer an option for buying a car since "bottom line pricing" is advertised and that would not be truthful if that was possible. The financing was great with the discounts received by doing this. Cameron did a good job of explaining the bells and whistles on it when we picked it up. Guess we were hard on salespeople since Jodi had a family issue the day we picked it up. He was also knowledgeable in the operation of the car. On that day we chose not to have the navigation system explained, but decided the next day that is would be nice to use. Jodi was available and again, did a good job. We are so happy with all the features of our 2014 SEL Taurus.

Last week my sister and I encountered trouble on the road between Ames and Fort Dodge. We hit a tire retread that caused damage to the right-front underside of our 2011 Toyota Prius.
