Two years ago I was told that the car I was looking for was not available, that I would have to order a 2010. It was the fall of 2009 and I wanted a 09 Avalon, black w/ black leather and the navigation system at 0% interest. All the Des Moines and Ames dealerships said it was not available. So I went to the internet and emailed Fort Dodge Ford. I received a call the next morning and was informed they have found the car I was looking for, we did a deal and I bought it. This year I wanted a new F-150 Lariat (Black w/ black leather of course) loaded. All the Des Moines and Boone Dealerships could not even come close to the price that I was offered at Fort Dodge Ford. So I bought it there. I am very pleased with not only the customer service but the entire transaction too. No complaints. Hats off to Jesse and his professionalism.

This is the second new Fusion I have purchased here and recommend them every time someone asks me about my car, which is quite often. Both salesmen were laid back and did not jump all over you. Instead they asked if I had any questions, and give them a holler if I had any questions. Had experience with Tom, but was not a new car salesman, still their but got promoted, good for him. Had a very pleasant experience with Mr. Friday. Had good answers for my questions and was nice enough to have my phone programmed for me in the car. With your sales staff I personally don't see any reason to buy out of town.
