Last week my sister and I encountered trouble on the road between Ames and Fort Dodge. We hit a tire retread that caused damage to the right-front underside of our 2011 Toyota Prius. I called my local Toyota dealer who gave me the phone number of your dealership. Sandy answered the call. Sandy not only gave us excellent directions to locate your service department, but when we arrived, she had already briefed Sean Wegener on our circumstances. Sean greeted us and immediately he, Tyler Lacina and Tyler Linder went to work to effect a temporary repair that would allow us to proceed on our trip safely and without further delay. My sister and I were on the road again in less than 30 minutes. Please give your staff our sincerest thanks for their competence, courtesy and willingness to help.
